Online therapy for men
There's no threshold you have to reach. If something has been weighing on you, keeps repeating, or is getting in the way of the life you want, that's reason enough to talk to someone.
It's a relaxed 20-minute chat. You can tell me a bit about what's going on, ask any questions, and we'll see whether working together feels right. There's no obligation to book.
Sessions take place on a secure video link. You just need a quiet, private space and a phone, tablet or laptop.
Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £60. Concessionary spaces from £40 are available for students, people on a low income or those out of work. Just ask.
It depends on you and what you bring. Some men come for a few months, others for longer. We'll review how things are going together, and you can stop at any time.
Yes. What you share stays between us, with a few limits that I'll explain at the start, such as if I believed there was a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or someone else. I'm a registered member of the BACP and work within its Ethical Framework.
No. We'll go at your pace and focus on what feels most useful to you. Some men want to understand where things started, others want to focus on now.
If you give at least 48 hours' notice, we can cancel or rearrange the session with no charge. With less than 48 hours' notice, or if a session is missed, the full fee is payable, because that time is reserved just for you. I understand emergencies, sudden illness and bereavements happen, and in those cases I'll use my discretion.
